Life Groups

Life Groups at Good Shepherd are transformative communities that foster genuine connections, encourage spiritual growth, and provide a sense of belonging for individuals seeking to navigate life together.

What are Life groups?

Be part of a life-giving group of friends to do life with.

Life Groups create a space for people to intentionally share their lives with others, grow spiritually together, and encourage each other through the highs and lows of life. Life Groups gather for 10-week sessions in homes, coffee shops, and other places where people love to connect and consist of 10-16 people.

Rise: A Study of Nehemiah

The book of Nehemiah is about a man God calls out of comfort and into a burden to rise and rebuild what’s been broken in Jerusalem. Nehemiah doesn’t just step in with strategy, he leads from prayer, even while facing real opposition from the outside and tension within his own people. What stands out is how he continues to rise in faith staying grounded organizing, confronting what needs to be confronted, and continually going back to God. It’s a picture of leadership that’s shaped by calling, tested through opposition, and sustained by dependence on God.
